Download Chroma
Start downloading by clicking on the icon above. Chroma works on all PowerPC and Intel Macs running Mac OS X 10.2.8, 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5.
Chroma is free to evaluate for up to 15 days. Some of Chroma's built-in codecs are restriced during evaluation (showing "unregistered") and will be unlocked after purchase. Chroma costs $22 including lifetime upgrades.
Installation
Your browser has probably opened the downloaded disk image for you. If not, doubleclick on the downloaded "chroma.dmg" file to open it. Finder will open with a folder including the application and a text-file.
Drag the application icon out of the disk image window and put it anywhere you like, like the Applications folder.
After installing Chroma, movie files will keep opening in the usual applications. You can set which kinds of movie files should open using Chroma in Chroma's application preferences.
